This roof was removed down to the wood deck, the deck was repaired and a base sheet was installed. A 3/4 inch insulation was mopped down and then the new Built Up Roof was installed. This job was very messy due to the amount of storm debris on the roof.

The existing metal roof had a hidden box gutter leaking down the outside walls of the building and into the offices. The old roof was removed and the rotten wood was removed and repaired. We then installed a new Standing Seam metal roof.

The Church was having problems with leaks and wanted to solve the problem permanently. The shingle roof was removed and a new standing seam roof was installed.

The roof on the building was a spray polyurethane foam that was un-repairable. We retro-fited the building with a 1 inch polyisocyanurate roof insulation and installed a .045 mil mechanically attached white TPO roofsystem.
